Return & Refund Policy
At Bidh Box, we carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure your wedding favour boxes and Nikkah products reach you in perfect condition. Because many of our products are prepared specifically for wedding events and may involve customization or bulk quantities, we follow the return and refund policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before processing or production begins.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, customized, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible through our official contact/WhatsApp channel.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantity selection, or simply because the customer no longer requires the products.
All products should be checked upon delivery.
Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:
- The wrong product was sent.
- The order contains a manufacturing or quality defect.
- The product was damaged before or during delivery.
- The delivered items significantly differ from the confirmed order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Bidh Box within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Order/invoice number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- A short video of the package/product, if requested
- Details explaining the issue
Our team will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a suitable replacement or other resolution.
4. Customized & Personalized Orders
Customized, personalized, specially prepared, or bulk wedding orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production or preparation has started.
This includes products prepared according to customer-approved requirements, quantities, colours, designs, tags, names, or other specifications.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking and confirming all customization details before production.
5. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during a sale, promotion, clearance offer, or at a discounted price are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Advance Payment
Bidh Box processes orders on an advance-payment basis.
Payment confirms the order and allows us to begin preparing the requested products. Once production or order preparation has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable, particularly for customized, bulk, or specially prepared orders.
7. Refunds
If a refund is approved by Bidh Box, the refund amount and method will be communicated to the customer after reviewing the order and return claim.
Shipping/delivery charges are generally non-refundable, except where the issue is caused by Bidh Box, such as sending an incorrect product or an approved defective item.
8. Return Shipping
If a return is approved because of an error or defect attributable to Bidh Box, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.
For returns that are not caused by an error or defect from Bidh Box, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
9. Unboxing Video
For damage, shortage, or incorrect-item claims, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened.
An unboxing video and photographs may be requested to verify courier damage, missing items, or other delivery-related claims.

Bidh Box reserves the right to review and approve or reject return, replacement, and refund requests based on the circumstances of each order.
